How to prepare?
Cut sweet potato into small pieces. Cook in a saucepan until soft. Alternatively, you can steam in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles in low flame.
Transfer to a blender once cooled. Blend.
Add breast milk/ formula milk/ water to get the desired consistency.
